I have managed creative and cross-functional teams as large as 20, which included UX Researchers, Product Designers, Graphic Designers, Design Interns, and Front End-Developers. I have also successfully launched over 30+ projects, involving a variety of industries, that ranged from native mobile apps, SaaS/PaaS products, B2B enterprise-level applications, and AI/Machine Learning platforms.

Cisco

Designed and developed Microsoft® PowerApp automation workflow for Cisco’s Security group.

V12 Data

Boosted revenue by successfully designing an all-in-one platform for V12’s suite of data-driven products.

SiteZeus

Designed and developed the Customer Segmentation feature around data, which provided brand new services to a new variety of industries.

Nielsen Company

Led design efforts on Nielsen®’s Connected System™ end-to-end experiences therefore improving the ux and increasing customer conversions and retention.

Outback Steakhouse

Worked with customers and product owners to develop a comprehensive user journey into online ordering and led efforts to roll out the feature on Outback, Carrabbas and BoneFish dot coms.

TechData

Facilitated extensive on-site discovery sessions in order to design TechData’s first Employee portal, the Hub. Microsoft®, to this day, uses “The Hub” as an example to sell customers on what is possible with design and ux in O365.
