Discover is one of the largest financial firms in the world. I had the unique opportunity to conduct a 3 week long study into the API center and with the help of their users, arrived at a staggering conclusion.

How I facilitated a Month long Discovery Into The API Center...

I was recently challenged to perform discovery on a Discover product and demonstrate the power of UX discovery. I took this challenge on. Over the past 2 months I prepared and performed a 1 month long comprehensive discovery into the Discover Portal for APIs, called the API center. Publishing APIs is the process of preparing APIs for a developer community, partners, and other consumers. By publishing an API, the developer is marking it as ready-to-use and be called from other applications. Publishing APIs is an important step to enabling adoption and ultimately API monetization
