While at Bloomin Brands consulting, I lead the initiative to implement online ordering to the Outback Steakhouse and Carrabas websites.

This new feature had to be integrated to an existing experience that included finding locations near you and a full menu so that customers can place orders.

Once we finished the project, both Outback Steakhouse and Carrabas both had online ordering capabilities along with a full payment system and workflows that took users on different paths based on availability, location and order time.
